There is a proven track record of improving players

Klopp has a history of taking youngsters and making them much better players. Not only at Anfield, but also at Borussia Dortmund.

Once Wenger held this crown. He developed some fine footballers and his youth policy was the envy of many, but no more.

Now that title must surely belong to Klopp, who has overseen some rapid improvements with the Reds own ranks.
