Liverpool have decided to make an approach for former favourite Luis Suarez as they look to rebuild after Coutinho, said talkSPORT.

Barcelona are looking to bring in Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann, so there is a small chance Suarez could be surplus to requirements in Spain.

The Reds would certainly have the cash to bring in the 30-year-old, but this rumour is probably one of the least likely ones seen this week.

Suarez would probably not want a move back to Merseyside, nor would the club want to splash so much on an older player on huge wages.
