Liverpool players Jordan Henderson and Adam Lallana have continued their bromance over lunch.

The two midfielders seem to have a unique bond and that continued at the Reds’ Melwood training ground.

In a story that was shared on Reddit, Henderson documented their cute little meal together on Instagram to his 1.6 million followers.

Despite not being able to extend their relationship to the pitch much this campaign, the two seem closer than ever off it – and that can only be a good thing.

Lallana, 29, is coming back from a fairly serious injury and has only started once all season while Henderson is experiencing some time in the physio room himself and hasn’t stepped foot on the pitch since helping Liverpool draw 3-3 with Arsenal on the 22nd of December.

The 29-year-old was one of manager Jurgen Klopp’s key players last season and will be expected to step up and fill the boots of the departed Philippe Coutinho.

During his 31 Premier League appearances for 2016/2017, Lallana scored eight goals, assisted seven and worked his socks off.

That’s the type of energy Klopp demands from his players. A beautiful example was the pressing left-back Andrew Robertson carried out against Manchester City on Sunday that almost led to a goal.

While the pair might not be seen on the field for another few weeks, take some time to look at the meals the Liverpool canteen are preparing for them.

It’s almost more beautiful than the video, or Lallana’s new flowing locks, or Henderson’s Sunderland accent (lol).
