Alisson

In the grand dance that is Liverpool’s pursuit of a better goalkeeper than Simon Mignolet or Loris Karius, things are going slowly.

The club have been linked with Roma stopper Alisson for some time now and have just had a bid for him rejected, wrote the Daily Mail.

A price of £44 million has been quoted by the report as being the magic number that’ll secure the Brazilian, and the Reds’ first offer is below that and has been rejected.

This is a deal that could drag on for some time, but hopefully terms are good between the two sides after the Mohamed Salah deal.
