Wolfburg win Paddy’s Day Twitter thanks to Liverpool loan star
Wolfsburg have won St. Patrick’s Day Twitter thanks to their Liverpool loan star Divock Origi.
The German side posted a message on the social media site through their United States account, in which they pictured the striker in the stereotypical Irish hat.
But they definitely saved the best bit for the word play, in which the Belgian’s name was switched to an Irish one as Origi became O’Rigi.
It was a funny and original way to take on messages like that, which have become widespread for almost any social event.

But with Daniel Sturridge’s time looking like it’s up at Anfield, could there be a place for the Belgian in the squad?
