Liverpool transfer target and PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot posts his love for Anfield and European nights on Instagram fueling speculation.

There is nothing like a European night at Anfield. We know this. Our rivals know this despite their claims otherwise. Now we know that one of Liverpool’s transfer targets knows this too. Paris Saint Germain playmaker Adrien Rabiot posted his love for Anfield and the Liverpool fans last night on Instagram.

On his Instagram story he took a picture of the ground before kick off, with the fans singing “You’ll Never Walk Alone”. Underneath was simply the caption ‘Anfield’ with various emojis expressing love and awe.

The classy midfielder has some previous with his love for Liverpool. When speaking about a desire to play in the Premier League in October he specifically mentioned the Reds as a boyhood club he loved.

PSG are likely to sell a player or two this summer as they continue to make room for blockbuster signings. The Frenchman is competing with Marco Veratti and Thiago Motta for a place in the first team.

Seeing the limitations of playing in a second tier league and witnessing the incredible scenes last night must make a move to Liverpool very appealing for the star.

The Reds will certainly be in the market for a central midfielder. Napoli man Jorginho is top of the wish list but Rabiot will certainly be in the next group of names if they fail to get the Italian this summer.

The joint power of the Liverpool fan base and Jurgen Klopp is working wonders in the transfer market. The signings of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Virgil van Dijk and Naby Keita all chose Liverpool over more money elsewhere. Maybe Rabiot will be the next to join Klopp’s Red revolution.
