The attitude of Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah to his goal scoring reveals how Golden Boot rival Harry Kane is just a loser at heart.

If you didn’t make a Harry Kane joke on social media this weekend then you be the only one. The Spurs striker has become the universal punchline after his appeal to be given Christian Eriksen’s goal against Stoke a week ago.

The England striker made the unprecedented move of appealing to the Dubious Goals Commission of the Premier League to be credited with the goal. Inexplicably they gave the goal to him; seemingly out of pity or English bias rather than clear evidence he touched the ball.

The Liverpool players have been trolling the Tottenham Hotspur man ever since. There is a clear difference between the two rivals for the Golden Boot. While Kane is stealing goals from teammates, Salah is racking up the assists and focussed on winning.

It is a sign that Harry Kane is a loser at heart. He cares as much about his personal records than his team winning. Salah is honed in on winning the Champions League with Liverpool this season.

It reveals how Kane does not back himself to chase down the four goal gap when the appeal was heard. There is now a five goal difference between the two after Salah did his talking on the pitch against Bournemouth.

Just hours later Kane was drawing a blank against Man City. That is not embarrassing in itself but when you consider Salah has scored against City in three straight games against them in 2018 you can see the difference in class, belief and attitude between the two.

Kane knows the Golden Boot is the only thing he has a chance of winning this year. He is a loser at heart. Salah is a winner and is proving it every week.
