TRENT ALEXANDER-ARNOLD. 6. Whipped in a delicious corner that Courtois got the faintest of touches to take it away from the awaiting van Dijk. The second saw him trying to do a Steven Gerrard impression to no avail. A wild, wayward shot was quickly followed by a shanked cross out of play for a goal kick. Went back to right back after Clyne made way for the captain.. Center Midfield. Liverpool

6. Started the game with a huge challenge on Eden Hazard that sent the Chelsea player flying. He avoided a yellow but replays showed him getting all the ball. Worry flooded the Liverpool social media as he began limping in the first half. Constantly working to find a breakthrough and protect the defense but the Chelsea midfield was just too strong.. Liverpool. GINI WIJNALDUM. 6. One of Liverpool’s best players in Rome found no space in London today. Bakayoko and Kante were too good at closing the space and pressuring the midfield. A few bursts forward early on vanished far into the distance as the game went on. Able to play slightly further forward after Jordan Henderson came on but was unable to find a second away goal after breaking his duck in midweek.. Center Midfield
