A great moment interrupted a Liverpool TV shoot between Jordan Henderson and Trent Alexander-Arnold.

The two players were filming for a segment called Bezzies when the phone Henderson was using started to ring. What happened next was both funny and heartwarming, watch it below.

Alexander-Arnold and the midfielder have recently returned from international duty with England and are preparing to take on Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday in London. With Hugo Lloris and Dele Alli missing from the Spurs side, Liverpool will fancy themselves.

Henderson isn’t a sure pick for the side yet and only got back into the starting XI for the fourth game of the season against Leicester City. Young right-back Alexander-Arnold has been doing extremely well to keep Nathaniel Clyne from the team, and his place doesn’t look under threat.

James Milner, Naby Keita and Gini Wijnaldum have been Jurgen Klopp’s preferred midfield three and have helped Liverpool to a flawless Premier League start. While Keita was dropped for the Foxes, you can’t imagine Klopp would keep the former RB Leipzig man away from the action for too long.

The brains behind the Reds’ media team have certainly been ramping up the quality, and the players seem happy to get behind each new project. As well as regular highlights from matches and press conferences, Liverpool players also take part in more light hearted videos.

Wijnaldum taking on 30 U9 players and Steven Gerrard being interviewed with a 10 year old are classics from the vault, while more recently Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino have both surprised schoolkids.

Making sure your players are good citizens is an extremely important aspect of a club these days, especially as most are incredibly close to the communities who support them. Snippets like this allow fans to see that their idols are human, and allows a normalization to take place.
