Adrien Rabiot – PSG

Rabiot is not exactly what Liverpool need at the moment, however, he is only 23 and he may be had on a free transfer as his current contract is expiring.

As much as Milner, Wijnaldum, and Adam Lallana have done at Anfield, Rabiot is just a class above them in terms of talent. He is still developing and is a good example of a budding star.

He has the ability to break forward well, but also to lay back in a more defensive role.

Trending. Six Ajax prospects Jurgen Klopp could plunder. light

Jordan Henderson has shown a propensity for injuries, while Milner and Wijnaldum can be improved on thus Rabiot’s addition would make sense.

The current midfield crop just does not provide the defensive stability that Klopp requires.

Adding the Frenchman or someone similar would be ideal.
