NABY KEITA. 8. Naby Keita provided the midfield depth the home side needed in order to beat Manchester United on Sunday. His dribbling was ruthless, often leaving Red Devils in the dust while his simple changes in direction. Keita’s build up play and aggression was also on full display in his 70 minute cap. However, the Guinea international did look quite tired when he came off the pitch for Shaqiri, which might be why Klopp is holding him back a little bit.. Midfielder. Liverpool

8.5. The first man in the double six for Klopp’s team, Gini Wijnaldum, put on a great display of how a holding midfield player should act. He was calm in possession, tough when he had the ball, and even took some chances when he saw the openings available. The former Newcastle man is really building a solid relationship with Fabinho, and the two of them were passing back and forth with ease. After being brilliant against Napoli midweek, the Dutch midfielder has put on a great showing once again, proving he is one of our most consistent players this year.. Midfielder. Liverpool. GINI WIJNALDUM

9. What a masterclass performance from Fabinho, against the club that wanted him so badly for many years. The Brazilian won the ball back so many times in the middle of the pack, and really just outclassed Nemanja Matic and Ander Herrara. His chipped ball into Sadio Mane was a thing of absolute beauty, and we can all see that Fab is really starting to mix in well with the group of players Klopp is putting out on the pitch. Hopefully, we see more of this as the season rolls around.. Midfielder. Liverpool. FABINHO
