Liverpool Karius

Loris Karius

Kiev. That is pretty much all that needs to be said about this player. His disastrous performance in the Champion’s League final arguably cost Liverpool another European Cup, and he will forever be criticized for it.

None the less, Loris Karius had a great campaign in the Premier League last season, holding ten clean sheets in 19 appearances. He was also a main reason Liverpool got as far as they did in the Champion’s League.

In the end, Karius only cost us £4.75 million and we will probably make a profit off of him when his loan spell is done at Besiktas. Klopp’s judgement on this was not wrong, as Karius is also still young and has time to shake this off of him, it was just time for Liverpool to make an upgrade in that department.
