Georginio Wijnaldum

This one speaks for itself. Following the unfortunate injury of Andy Robertson during the miraculous comeback against Barcelona in the semi-final, Gini Wijnaldum was introduced and made a seismic impact.

In fact, you can say that Gini is this year’s Hamann. Those two goals against Barca occurred from the bench and the former Newcastle man is another important member of the midfield.

You’d say it’ll be a toss up between Wijnaldum and Milner for the starting position alongside Fabinho and Jordan Henderson, but at least we know there are good options from the bench in case Klopp needs to make a change.
