Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain

This one feels more like a fairytale – romantic and not entirely realistic. A fully-fit Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain offers creative aptitude going forward, as shown during last year’s European run.

But his long recovery from injury and lack of involvement in the previous rounds will hamper his chances of selection greatly.

That said, if a goal is needed, the Ox can pose a significant threat and it’s safe to say that fans would really like to see him feature.

It would be a great story for Oxlade-Chamberlain to get warm after so long away, come on and start running rings around the likes of Moussa Sissoko. But maybe we’ll have to wait until next season for that.
