Fabinho, Gini Wijnaldum, Jordan Henderson

It’s with this midfield that Klopp will have to look inside himself and figure out what he wants. Fabinho and Jordan Henderson are pretty much odds on to start the game, and that leaves one place open.

Should the manager pick Gini Wijnaldum, who changed the game against Barcelona with those two goals, or James Milner?

Milner is a leader and a fighter and the fittest member of the squad, but Gini can offer something different and has the ability to score goals as well as create them.

It’s for this season that Klopp should chose the Dutchman. If Fabinho starts with Henderson there’ll be enough cover, enough intelligent players, to ensure that Wijnaldum can get forward without too much risk of leaving the defence exposed.
