Liverpool are on the hunt for a reserve goalkeeper to replace Simon Mignolet, so we looked at four stoppers the club should sign.

The Reds are definitely in the market for a new stopper and have already been linked with two options, but there are more out there who Michael Edwards should consider.

All of these four options have got Premier League experience and have done well at separate points in their career, but find themselves down the pecking order for a variety of reasons.

It’s important that whoever comes in will be able to step up if Alisson Becker is unable, and that’s why Jurgen Klopp won’t want to use one of the youth goalkeepers produced by the Academy. That sort of high pressure environment could break a player.

With not much activity expected in the transfer window this summer, Reds fans will be looking at this one with much interest.
