Liverpool vs Newcastle: Five rotations Klopp could make to keep it fresh
Liverpool take on Newcastle on Saturday in the Premier League just before facing Napoli on Tuesday. Here are rotations he could make to keep things fresh.
The club are going to mark their return to football with a bang and will play seven games in a short space of time, which will test the limits of the squad to the max.
And that’s why German manager Jurgen Klopp will be looking to rotate his way to victory through those games, and the full first team will need to play their part in creating those wins.
First up are the Magpies, who are more likely to be battling against the bottom six of the table than challenging for the top half. Rafa Benitez got them punching above their weight but with the appointment of Steve Bruce those days are over.
Klopp has a deep squad to chose from any many of those haven’t been involved much in the opening rounds of the season. This is an excellent chance for the gaffer to put minutes in those legs and try out different combinations that may be needed when the going gets tough.

Rhian Brewster
Talented young forward Rhian Brewster has been assured first team involvement this season but we are yet to see the Academy starlet make his first team debut.
Brewster can play anywhere across the front three but there is little chance Sadio Mane or Mohamed Salah will be rested as they didn’t take part in any international fixtures over the break.
The more likely outcome is that Brewster comes in for Roberto Firmino, who featured for Brazil and who has hardly had a break over the past two seasons.
In this situation, the youngster would play as a central striker with Mane and Salah running off him. This is still unlikely to happen, but there are plenty of fans who would be happy to see Brewster getting his first start and Firmino kept fresh for Napoli.
