Liverpool take on Manchester United on Sunday so we thought’d we treat you to the best goals the Reds have ever scored against them.

The battle for league superiority between these two sides might not be as fierce this season but the battle on the terraces is as heated as ever and we hope you’ll take the same level of joy reading about these goals as we did writing it.

Manchester United are trying to get away from a relegation battle while Liverpool are eight points clear of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League, but these games always have a special atmosphere around them and hardly ever pay heed to the form guide.

That said, Jurgen Klopp will still expect his men to walk out there and dominate the Red Devils from the earliest moments.

Mohamed Salah and Naby Keita have been left behind by Egypt and Guinea so they can continue to recuperate after injuries and that’s excellent for the club. It means Liverpool will have dynamic players fully rested and ready to take on the Old Trafford enemy.

Man Utd are down in 12th position with only nine points from the first eight games and have won just twice all season. They don’t really score much either and have hit the back of the net just night times, although their defence is slightly better.

Liverpool are having a much better time of things with 20 goals scored and only six conceded. Oh, and we’re yet to drop a point this season.

So get in the mood by watching eight of the best goals scored against Manchester United and get fired up for Sunday!
