Liverpool fans are anticipating seeing a Kylian Mbappe transfer next season as they react to him scoring a hat-trick in the Champions League last night.

He is probably the most in-demand player in the world and the Reds are dreaming of him moving to Anfield in next summer’s transfer window. Liverpool fans are reacting to Kylian Mbappe putting in a star-turn last night in the Champions League.

Mbappe came off the bench last night for Paris Saint Germain in their 5-0 win over Club Brugge to grab three goals in just 38 minutes of second half action.

Those goals mean the French star is now the youngest player to score 15 goals in the tournament, replacing Lionel Messi as the record holder.

Liverpool fans reacted online to the feat with faith that he will be playing in Merseyside Red next season:

There has been some semi-credible rumors around Mbappe joining Jurgen Klopp’s side in the 2020 summer transfer window. This summer he met with Liverpool shareholder LeBron James in America which gathered rumor status after being retweeted by top Reds journalist Paul Joyce of The Times.

It seems likely Mbappe will leave France soon as he looks to play more regularly at a higher level. Real Madrid remain the favorites for his signature but Liverpool are in the mix, especially if Nike secure the Reds shirt manufacturing deal.

The theory is that if Nike win that contract – which is being disputed by the club with current manufacturer New Balance in the courts – then they will push to have one of their biggest stars join Liverpool to double whammy the shirt sales.

The World Cup winner is only 20-years-old and already regarded as one of the best forwards in the world. Liverpool will likely have to make him the biggest transfer in the world to bring him to Anfield. I believe it can happen. You may say I’m dreamer… but I’m not the only one!
