Liverpool are doing well this season but there is always room for improvement as the year ticks down. There are always concerns in football and here are three we’ve got for December.

There is a packed schedule this month and that means pressure on the players, staff and supporters. If things start to go wrong it can snowball very quickly, with little time for Jurgen Klopp to work with his players to correct things that aren’t working properly in games.

Starting with Everton on Wednesday night, Liverpool then play Bournemouth on Saturday, Salzburg the following Tuesday, Aston Villa on the 14th, the Club World Cup on the 15th, Leicester away on Boxing Day, Wolves at home three days later, Sheffield United at home on the 2nd of January and then another Merseyside Derby in the FA Cup on the 4th.

Phew. Is your head spinning yet?

So Klopp won’t be able to do much if things start to go haywire, and with that much football to be played there is always the risk of that.

We’ve thought about those potential problems and we’ve noted down three causes for concern in December. Click on the slides below to read them and let us know what you think in the comments section below!
