Pedro Chirivella. 6. Grabbed himself an assist for Jones’s first goal and put himself in the shop window for any sides looking for a good ball recycling midfielder now or in the summer. Chirivella has done well when called upon this season and can look back on his performances with pride.. .

. Fabinho. 5.25. Was the predictable screen for the back four but looked rusty and way short of Premier League sharpness. Again, no surprise there, but something the club will need to work on during the week..

7. Grabbed the first goal to increase the hype surrounding him. His runs from deep were excellent, although Jones did struggle to have the same sort of influence in the second half. The youngster would definitely be playing more if this team wasn’t so good already.. . . Curtis Jones
