For the time being, Liverpool are now 25 points clear at the top of the Premier League table after a 1-0 win over Norwich City where Sadio Mané nabbed the only goal off the bench.

It was bottom versus the top in the Premier League. Liverpool took their undefeated record to Norwich who’s 19 points this season were equal to the number of points Liverpool picked up this calendar year.

Nothing is ever a guarantee, but this certainly looked like the Reds should come away with all three points.

As expected, Norwich made it difficult for Jurgen Klopp‘s team by playing some disciplined defense and having just about everyone behind the ball defending. If not for some magic from Sadio Mané Norwich would have very well left the match with a point.

It must be noted that Naby Keita and Jordan Henderson had excellent games as well.

Here are ratings every Liverpool player.

Keeper

. Liverpool - Man of the Match. . Alisson. 10

He made five stops against Norwich and a vital interception on Lukas Rupp. As the Norwich midfield was in on goal it seemed he thought about laying the ball off to Teemu Pukki, that second of uncertainty was Alisson’s opening to swipe the call clear from his feet.

It was yet another clean sheet for _Alisson_ who yet again didn’t have much to do today, but when called upon he was incredibly sharp.
