After suffering only their third  defeat of the season against Atletico Madrid, Liverpool will be looking to get back to winning ways when they play West Ham.

The Reds already beat David Moyes’ side 2-0 in London and will be hoping to do the same on Sunday. Liverpool scored four goals against West Ham the last two times both teams met at Anfield.

Given Liverpool’s current form, they seem heavy favorites to bag all three points and do so convincingly. The Hammers are currently in the relegation and a win could take them to 16th in the Premier League. Their performances this season have been disappointing but you never know when they could spring up an upset.

Klopp will be without captain Jordan Henderson, so will be pick between Naby Keita, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain or maybe even James Milner? Milner hasn’t featured since coming off against Everton in the FA Cup, but his leadership and fitness could be the perfect replacement.

Now, let’s take a look at the starting XI Jurgen Klopp could field for this weekend’s encounter.

Alisson

The Brazilian has been in fine form this season and is currently at the top of the Premier League clean sheet charts along with Burnley goalkeeper Nick Pope.

Alisson hasn’t conceded a single goal in ten out his last 11 league fixtures and will be looking to do the same against West Ham this weekend. The Hammers’ attackers haven’t been very lethal this season and on paper, it doesn’t seem much of a difficult task for the 27-year-old.

Provided West Ham fail to score a goal this weekend, Alisson shall have kept his 11th clean sheet of the Premier League and 13th of 2019/20.
