Liverpool fell to two defeats in February as they lost the dream of an invincible Premier League campaign. Read our top three villains from the month here!

First came Atletico Madrid and we all thought it was just a mistake with the system – a little blip that would be corrected without too much fuss.

But then West Ham made life a lot more difficult than it should have been, and the Hammers nearly pulled off something that nobody thought they were capable of.

Watford must have been watching David Moyes for a blueprint (how long’s it been since we’ve been able to say that!?) because they executed the perfect smash and grab to leave Liverpool’s dream in tatters.

We’ve missed Jordan Henderson for sure, and it’s only in his absence that we’ve been able to see what an impact the midfielder actually has. This has been made worse by James Milner‘s slight injury, which meant he’s been unable to step up and fill Henderson’s boots.

Naby Keita and Dejan Lovren also threw away prime opportunities to make their case for continued selection and there are now question marks surrounding their future on Merseyside.

So then, there’s plenty for Liverpool fans to digest going into the FA Cup game against Chelsea. Click through the slides below to read about the top three villains of the month!
