Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has shown us all how to self-isolate properly in a video posted of him and his girlfriend.

The Ox and his girlfriend Perrie Edwards, who is in pop band Little Mix, filmed themselves busting a move while everyone bunkers down and tries to avoid the coronavirus outbreak.

Oxlade-Chamberlain showed some pretty silky moves as he and Edwards bopped up the stairs of their house – which lead to some fans praying he didn’t pop a hammy while he was at it.

Instead of preparing to face Everton in a massive Merseyside derby, which could take Jurgen Klopp and the boys three points away from a first league title in 30 years, the Ox is busting a move to stay entertained and posting it on the internet.

This lack of football is throwing up all sorts of problems and feelings – not least the question of what we’re all going to do with ourselves over the weekend!

Right now there’s only one thing we can do really: wash our hands, watch YouTube clips of classic goals and try to stay as safe and as sane as possible.

Taking a leaf out of Alex Oxalde-Chamberlain’s book might not be such as bad idea either as he’s shown us all how to self-isolate in the best possible way.

In other news, there have been calls to replace Adrian as the back-up goalkeeper at the end of the season. Loris Karius is expected to head back to Anfield when his loan deal with Besiktas expires at the end of the season.

That would give the German a unique chance to try and resurrect his Liverpool career, although it would have to be as Alisson‘s reserve.

And if he chose not to, well who could begrudge a footballer who leaves in search of more opportunity to play?
