Paulo Dybala serenades Liverpool fans on FIFA
Liverpool fans have been serenaded by Paulo Dybala.
The Juventus star was taking some time out of his schedule to play Dele Alli at FIFA for a charity game, wrote Ned Keating in the Mirror, when he broke into song.
Paulo Dybala has been linked with a move to Liverpool in the past and he showed the world that he isn’t afraid to do a little bit of fanboy-ing as he picked Jurgen Klopp’s side as his team on the game.
Alli went for PSG, who lost against the Reds twice, while he had to sit there and listen to Dybala belting out You’ll Never Walk Alone.
You could say the Argentina international was giving Liverpool fans a little bit of a serenade.
We’re looking for any bits of good news following Timo Werner’s decision to accept an offer from Chelsea. That move looks to be signed, sealed and delivered by Frank Lampard could offer what Klopp couldn’t and that swung the move his way.
While this isn’t transfer related – it doesn’t seem like Liverpool have the finances to make any serious offers this summer – we can still all appreciate Dyabla and his love for the club.
It’s curious that players who have been linked with a move to Anfield in the past seem to enjoy playing as Liverpool on FIFA, or have good words to say about Klopp’s side.
If the money allowed it, think of the unit the German could assemble.
Although, we’re in a healthy position at the moment and are lucky to call this squad ours. There’s excellent harmony among the players, key figures tied down to long-term contracts, elite footballers who are in the prime of their career being coached by one of the best in the business.
If you think about it that way, there really isn’t that much to complain about.
