Liverpool transfer news has caused Twitter frenzy.
The Reds have just won the Premier League and bounced back from their loss against Manchester City by beating Aston Villa 2-0.
But transfer news never dies down and there always ways this side can be improved.
Some of the performances have been insipid. Could that be the lack of match fitness, could it be some post-triumph laziness, could it be that teams are working them out?
We’ve seen Bayern Munich man Thiago extensively linked with a move to Liverpool, although there’ve been conflicting reports about that move.
With a packed midfield that includes several high-profile players, would there even be space in the side for the Spanish star?
Another man who has been whispered about is also from the Bundesliga. Bayer Leverkusen have an ace up their sleeve with Leon Bailey, who has been linked with a move to Liverpool.

The final name is someone who wouldn’t be known except to those who keep an eye on the lower ranks of the Football League. Crewe Alex have produced a lot of their own players as their Academy goes from strength to strength.
Alex’s first team is packed full of youngsters who’ve come through the ranks and Harry Pickering is one of those who has impressed.
If Liverpool are looking to buy someone to be a back-up to Andy Robertson, Pickering would be someone that could be looked at closely. The left-back is only 21-years-old but has already played 118 games of senior football and wouldn’t break the bank.
All three of these players could be signed for less than €100 million and would represent a good transfer window.
It would allow Divock Origi to be sold, give something extra to the midfield and fix a problem that has followed the Klopp squad around like a bad smell since Alberto Moreno left.
But with Curtis Jones, Harvey Elliott and Takumi Minamino in the squad and waiting for chances to impress, don’t bet on any more forwards being signed.
