RW – Mohamed Salah

How do you pick anyone else when Mohamed Salah is on the scene? He’s been in awesome form this season and the Champions League was made for elite competitors to show the world how good they are.

Salah won’t let the debate surrounding his penalty win on Saturday get to him – while some of the rhetoric has been completely overblown.

Shaqiri has made a case to be involved off the right wing, but as good as the Swiss international is, he’s never going to get a start here.

CF – Roberto Firmino

Roberto Firmino is the one man in this front three that’s under the most intense pressure for this place. With Jota in such fine form, there have been calls for the Portuguese international to replace the Brazilian.

We know Klopp will stick with Firmino. He does a lot of work and will be an important way Liverpool try to control this game and get creative.

LW – Sadio Mane

As usual, Mane is going to play here. Jota (that man again) could start from the left but we want our strongest team out there and Mane is part of that.
