Three players Liverpool can now approach for free transfers

AC Milan’s Turkish star Hakan Calhanoglu is the type of creative midfielder that Liverpool doesn’t have. He’s a dead-ball expert, which is another string in his bow, and at 26-years-old is a good age.

29 goals and 45 assists for Milan in just 153 games is an excellent return. If the Reds continue to struggle to find joy down the flanks, they may have to try and squeeze some more juice from the midfield.

With Thiago in there, anything is possible. Calhangolu could provide some exciting extra sauce to a midfield three that has struggled to fire recently.

We’ve already been linked with some more creative midfielders, and this one would certainly fit the bill. Back in December, Milan seemed confident that Calhangolu would remain with the club, but he’s yet to sign that new contract and anything could happen from here.
