Right-wing: Mohamed Salah- 6

Mo carried his goal-scoring form into the game against Leicester. The Egyptian finished wonderfully in the second half. He barely had any space to generate any power behind his shot, but still managed to find a way past Kasper Schmeichel.

Mo has scored four of Liverpool’s last five Premier League goals. If not for the defensive calamities, maybe they’d actually mean something. Had he not made the sloppy pass which led to Leicester’s third goal, he’d get a better rating.

Striker: Roberto Firmino- 5

Bobby gets a five purely because of how filthy the assist for Mo was. That flick is something only he could pull off in such a crowded space.

Apart from that, though, the number nine was quiet. It seems likely that once Diogo Jota is back in full training, he would replace Bobby in the starting eleven.

Left-wing: Sadio Mane- 5

Sadio was a real threat in the first half and looked a lot more like himself. He was making Daniel Amartey’s life miserable on the left-side, often getting the better of him.

The second half was a different story though, as he failed to show any desire once the Reds went behind.
