Liverpool lineup vs Leipzig: Thiago, Firmino dropped, Kabak back

RW – Diogo Jota

The Portuguese international is back in action following his long spell on the sidelines due to an injury he sustained against Midtjylland, With the possibility of Firmino missing out, Jota will get a second successive start and he’ll be on the right-wing. The 24-year-old has netted four goals in the Champions League so far and will be eager to increase his tally on Thursday.

CF- Mohamed Salah

The Egyptian international hasn’t found the net since scoring in the first leg at Budapest. Salah will be eager to end his little goal-drought in the Hungarian capital on Thursday. He has scored in his last two Champions League fixtures and would be expected to make it three in a row against Leipzig.

LW – Sadio Mane

The Senegalese winger netted in the first leg and hasn’t scored for Liverpool since. Mane hasn’t had the best of seasons so far and will be eager to perform well during the remaining few months. The 28-year-old will be looking to increase his season’s tally when he plays against his former team.
