CF Roberto Firmino

The final game of the Premier League season is definitely a big game, even if Liverpool are considered heavy favorites over a Crystal Palace side that has nothing to play for and a few gaping holes in their squad despite a couple of talented individuals.

And you know how good Roberto Firmino is in the big games, as we saw with his brace at Old Trafford and his opener at Turf Moor.

Another goal contribution could be on the cards for the former Hoffenheim man. His pressing, creative flicks, and deadly finishing on the big stage could all be used to help Liverpool secure the full three points and Champions League football for the 2021-2022 season.

CM Georginio Wijnaldum

Before hitting free agency, this is Gini Wijnaldum’s final opportunity to give Liverpool fans something to cheer about. The former Newcastle United star has given the Reds so much over the years, so it has been particularly disheartening for fans to see him play like a shell of himself in this incredibly treacherous season.

Wijnaldum was Liverpool’s only truly unimpressive player against Burnley, as he offered no ball progression and lacked intensity against the Clarets. On paper, Wijnaldum should have little trouble against Crystal Palace.

The Reds need all hands on deck to finish the season strong. Hopefully, Wijnaldum can elevate himself to his usual standard at Anfield, because we know he is capable of more than this.
