As the summer transfer window approaches Liverpool fans will be waiting eagerly to see whether or not FSG will loosen their wallet, and let Jurgen Klopp compete with the juggernaut of Manchester City.

As always, Liverpool have been linked with various names this season, even more so after their terrific Premier League and Champions League form, which is seeing the side currently compete for a quadruple.

With Liverpool’s pulling power now bigger than it’s ever been, we are going to take a look at three top talents that would fit perfectly into Jurgen Klopp’s setup next season.

The first wonderkid on our list is a product of the La Masia youth academy and is being touted as a possible successor to Thiago Alacantara.

Gavi – FC Barcelona

At just 17-years-old Gavi is being touted as Spain’s next big thing and speculation over whether he’ll stay to be a part of former midfield superstar Xavi’s project has been the talk of La Liga.

According to Sport, Liverpool are leading the race for the youngster’s signature but will face stiff competition from some of Europe’s biggest clubs, with FC Bayern and Paris Saint-Germain also being linked with the talented Spaniard.

The report suggests that Liverpool sees Gavi as a long-term successor to Thiago, who is currently having an incredible campaign and has become a key cog in Liverpool’s quadruple chasing XI.

Gavi has a release clause of £41 million, a price that would perfectly suit Liverpool’s transfer model given the midfielder’s age and promising future.

Karim Adeyemi – RB Salzburg

Next on our list is another wonderkid from the talent factory at RB Salzburg, who have become notorious for producing some of Europe’s next big-time players.

A few months ago, Adeyemi looked all but set to join Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund, however, the starlet’s move to Germany has reportedly stalled and given Liverpool another chance at capturing his signature.

Now, Sky Sports Austria are reporting that Liverpool are still in talks to sign the talented German international team player.

Adeyemi could prove to be the perfect replacement for Divock Origi, who looks set to leave Anfield this summer in a switch to Serie A’s AC Milan.

Whether or not Liverpool pursue a move for the 20-year-old remains to be seen, but his 20 goals in 39 appearances for Salzburg this campaign, prove he knows how to find the back of the net.

Aurelien Tchouameni – AS Monaco FC

The third and final top talent on our list is perhaps the most intriguing of the lot; the highly-rated AS Monaco midfielder has been lighting up Ligue 1 this season and is more than ready for a big-money move.

The 22-year-old is the talk of Europe at the moment and has been dominating play in the heart of Monaco’s midfield.

This isn’t the first time Liverpool have been linked with Tchouameni and the reds are reportedly still highly interested in bringing the youngster to Anfield this summer.

The reds have been handed even more hope of signing the Frenchman after renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano stated that the midfielder would prefer a move to the Premier League on the United Stand YouTube channel.

Tchouameni provides Jurgen Klopp with a much cheaper alternative to fellow Liverpool transfer target Jude Bellingham and arguably has just as much talent as the Borussia Dortmund star. This is our one to watch.
