Jurgen Klopp held talks with Spanish club amidst Liverpool exit rumours
Liverpool has been through a lot this season. New lows are being reached, and humiliating setbacks have become the norm. It is reasonable to state that the club is in crisis, since the present structure is collapsing and the consequences have begun to have a negative impact.
The players, as well as the management, are constantly criticized and scrutinized. Jurgen Klopp has been widely condemned for his tactical and transfer decisions, which may have contributed to Liverpool’s current state.
Klopp’s reputation is deteriorating as he continues to fall out of favor. It would not be shocking if the German manager leaves the Reds at the conclusion of the season, unless a miraculous turnaround occurs during the remainder of the season.
The manager appears to have already begun considering his alternatives and has made contact with another team as the prospect of his departure rises. Liverpool has also allegedly begun conversations with a top manager in the event if Klopp leaves.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has made contact with a major Spanish side
According to Catalan newspaper El Nacional, Jurgen Klopp has been in contact with Real Madrid, who are apparently considering their alternatives for the manager’s position.
Real Madrid is having a mediocre season, raising doubts about the abilities of its current manager Carlo Ancelotti after falling many points behind arch rivals Barcelona.
Not to mention that the Italian was just brought in as a short-term replacement for Zinedine Zidane and may be on his way out of the Bernabeu.
This comes after rumors spread that Ancelotti had accepted to become Brazil’s national team manager, prompting the Spanish club to explore other possibilities and approach Jurgen Klopp in the process.
It’s worth noting that if Jurgen Klopp ends up leaving Liverpool for Real Madrid, it might have a significant impact on Jude Bellingham’s arrival to the club. Everyone knows that the German is a huge fan of the English player and that he may play a part in luring him to Madrid, who are already quite interested in him.

As of now, Ancelotti’s deal with Real Madrid expires in 2024, while Klopp’s contract with Liverpool expires in 2026, and both managers’ futures will be determined by how the rest of the season plays out. If things go wrong, a switch for the latter is not out of the question.
