Liverpool is currently all over the market, not just in terms of sports but also in terms of business. They are searching for new investors, sporting directors, perhaps managers, and, of course, most crucially, new players.

According to Fichajes, Italian big shot Nicolo Barella has aroused the interest of those sitting back in Liverpool, who see the player as a good candidate to enhance the depleted midfield quality.

Inter Milan is now in the midst of a financial crisis, and in order to overcome it, they must make some sales and cash in on some of their key players.

There have already been rumors of other players being given the green light by Inter for a move, but if the team fails to qualify for the Champions League next season, it is expected that further sales would be made, which might bring Barella’s name to the forefront.

Liverpool should be excited by the adaptability of the Italian star. He has consistently delivered world-class performances throughout the years, and is one of the most important players for both club and country. He could play any midfield position, and I do mean any position.

With the likes of the ageing Jordan Henderson and James Milner facing uncertain futures with the Reds, bringing in Barella would be the best move. He may easily replace, if not outperform, the previous ones in terms of quality.
