Liverpool are back in action on Sunday as they turn their attention back to the Premier League and a date with AFC Bournemouth down South. It has been a rocky start for Andoni Iraola at Anfield, with Liverpool struggling to pick up wins in the league, but midweek's Carabao Cup win over Tottenham provided a much-needed spark.

The challenge is now building on that, and against a talented Bournemouth side that is looking to correct a disappointing start of its own, with the Cherries having only picked up three points so far.

Ahead of Sunday's game, we have rounded up all the early injury news surrounding both teams.

Julian Araujo - Out

Araujo has a hamstring injury that will keep him out until late November time. Marco Rose has said: "The last one will be Julian (Araujo). He needs a little longer, but the plan is to get him back in November as well.'

Junior Kroupi - Out

Kroupi is not expected back until early November after suffering an ankle issue. Rose said a week ago: "We expect Junior (Kroupi) back, yeah, the beginning of November, maybe."

Amine Adli - Out

Adli is getting closer, but he remains around a month away from returning from his calf issue.

Veljko Milosavljevic - Out

Milosavljevic will return around the same time. Rose has said: "The plan is that Veljko is the first one who's coming back - I think he just started on the pitch to do some runs, and with the ball."

Huge Ekitike - Out

Ekitike is still recovering from his Achilles issue, and he is not likely to reuturning until late November.

Conor Bradley - Out

Bradley remains out as he works his way back from a serious knee injury. Iraola said before the cup game: "I think he is not close to training with the team. He's training alone, but he has started touching the ball. Definitely, I want him as quick as possible ready, but it's a long-term injury. I think [Giovanni] Leoni is a little bit ahead of him, and still it's going to take some time for Conor, yes."

Giovanni Leoni - Out

Leoni remains out from his own serious knee injury, but he is nearing a return and could be back as soon as late October.

Federico Chiesa - Out

Chiesa has been dealing with a back injury all season, but he should be back after the international break, expected to resume training during the break itself.
