Can Liverpool go into the international break on a high, following successive defeats? This week, the Reds have been beaten by Arsenal at Anfield and then Fenerbahçe at Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium, losing a chaotic Champions League tie on Wednesday.
Next up are a badly struggling Crystal Palace. Pierre Sage is a man under pressure, following three successive league defeats, in which the Eagles have shipped nine goals and scored none at all. So, ahead of this trip to South London, Andoni Iraola faces some tough selection decisions.
GK: Alisson
As always, it will be Alisson in goal, despite some concerns from supporters surrounding his form.
RB: Ronald Araújo

Ronald Araújo was rested in İstanbul, with Joe Gomez deputising at right-back, but the Uruguayan will return here.
CB: Jérémy Jacquet
Jérémy Jacquet will maintain his record of having started every Premier League and Champions League fixture this season so far.
CB: Virgil van Dijk
Virgil van Dijk will make his 22nd career appearance against Crystal Palace, winning ten and losing just two of 15 Premier League clashes with the Eagles in a Liverpool shirt.
LB: Miloš Kerkez
Left-back is the easiest position to predict in the Liverpool lineup. Kostas Tsimikas is rotated in for mid-week matches, with Miloš Kerkez starting in the league at the moment.
CDM: Alexis Mac Allister
Midfield is where Iraola has to start making decisions. Ryan Gravenberch has missed the last two matches due to a heel injury, with the head coach describing his situation as a "day-to-day thing". The fact he was left out of Xavi's Netherlands squad might be a hint that Gravenberch will not be available.
In his place, teenager Trey Nyoni got the nod against both Arsenal and Fenerbahçe, scoring his first goal for the club by the Bosphorus on Wednesday. However, to accommodate more senior options, we're forecasting that the teenager will drop out, with Alexis Mac Allister a bit deeper.
CM: Dominik Szoboszlai

Having missed the previous three matches, Dominik Szoboszlai came off the bench against Arsenal and then started in mid-week. The Hungarian is, arguably, Liverpool's most important player, so will once again be included in the lineup.
CAM: Florian Wirtz
If Iraola is feeling bold, against a struggling Crystal Palace team, Florian Wirtz will round out a very attacking midfield trio.
RW: Rio Ngumoha

In attack, Iraola has six options vying for three spots, rotating his forward line regularly from game to game. After Cody Gakpo was not impactful against Arsenal, we're expecting the Dutchman to be on the bench, with either Víctor Muñoz or Rio Ngumoha deployed on the right, believing that the latter thoroughly deserves another start.
LW: Bradley Barcola
Having been used centrally in Türkiye, Bradley Barcola will be back on the left, after he was Liverpool's most likely attacking threat last Sunday.
ST: Alexander Isak
Last, but by no means least, Alexander Isak scored his first Champions League goal in red at Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium, having begun the night on the bench. The Reds missed his presence through the middle, so he'll be back, looking to net against Palace for a third season in a row.
