With the countdown to the new Premier League season very much on, Liverpool's fixture list is starting to take shape. We already knew when the Reds' August and September matches would be but, on Monday afternoon, the Premier League also confirmed the dates and kick off times for their October games.

Following the new, elongated two-week long international break, Andoni Iraola's side will face their first blockbuster fixture of the campaign. The Reds will travel to the Etihad on Sunday 11 October to take on Manchester City, with the match live on Sky Sports and kicking off at 4:30pm in the UK.

The following weekend, Liverpool will visit the capital for the first time. They will face Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium on Saturday 17 October, with the match kicking off at 3pm. This match will therefore not be live on TV in the UK.

The same is true of the Reds' following fixture. They will welcome Brighton & Hove Albion to Anfield on Saturday 24 October, again a 3pm kick off in the UK.

The final fixture that is now set in stone is on Sunday 1 November. This will see reigning champions Arsenal visit Anfield for a 4:30pm kick off, live on Sky Sports. The Gunners have not won any of their last 16 away games against Liverpool, dating back to 2012, a streak Iraola's team will be under pressure to extend.

The Reds' clash with Newcastle had already been confirmed as a 4.30pm UK time kick-off on the opening weekend of the 2026/27 Premier League campaign. Liverpool will then welcome Nottingham Forest to Anfield on Saturday, August 29, with Andoni Iraola set to take charge of his first competitive home game.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 12:30 pm. BST. The Reds' trip to Ipswich Town has also been moved to Friday, September 4, with kick-off set for 8 p.m. UK time.  Iraola will then return to the Vitality Stadium to face former club Bournemouth on Sunday, September 20, with that game scheduled to begin at 2pm.

Liverpool will begin their Champions League campaign in the second week of September, meaning the Reds will play just one Premier League fixture per week until then.
