Liverpool are back in Champions League action on Wednesday night when they head to Turkiye to take on Fenerbahce. The Reds were narrowly beaten by Arsenal at home over the weekend, suffering a setback in their league resurgence.
The Reds did enjoy a better time of things last time out in the Champions League, beating Villarreal, and they will be hoping to move a step closer to securing automatic qualification to the Round of 16 with a big win away from home here.
Fenerbahce also lost over the weekend, coming up short at home to Goztepe, and they have just two points to their name in the Champions League so far, drawing with Slavia Praha last time out following a 6-goal defeat away to Aston Villa. They are currently sixth in their domestic league following a slow start.
Ahead of Wednesday night's clash, we have rounded up all the latest injury news surrounding both sides.
Amara Diouf - Doubt
Diouf has been out with a muscular injury and it's unclear whether he will return here.
Nathan Aké - Out
Aké is out for a couple more weeks with a hamstring issue.
Mason Greenwood - Doubt
Greenwood, who would surely get a rotten reception from the away fans here, is a doubt after missing the weekend's game through illness.
Marco Asensio - Out
The former Real Madrid attacker is going to be out until the new year with a knee injury.
Jayden Oosterwolde - Out
Oosterwolde is expected to remain out with an Achilles issue.
Hugo Ekitike - Out
The forward is likely going to be out until the new year with his heel issue.
Giovanni Leoni - Out
Leoni is recovering from a long-term knee issue. It was hoped he would return this year, but Iraola has since confirmed that it is 'taking longer' than hoped, and the youngster is not expected back until 2027.
Conor Bradley - Out
Bradley is also recovering from a long-term knee issue. It's hoped he can come back in early December.
Jeremie Frimpong - Out
Frimpong is going to be out until after the international break. Iraola said recently: "Jeremie is obviously a new muscle injury, and it happened, I think, in the second or third minute that he was playing - difficult to predict. We will have to wait until he recovers, but it's going to be difficult, I think, before the break - we will try."
