The part of the summer every supporter of all clubs enjoy most is transfer speculation. Well, from a Liverpool perspective, the fact that Bradley Barcola is seemingly finally on his way to Anfield for £120 million is both exciting and an enormous relief in equal measure. Andoni Iraola could soon have an entirely new forward line, given that Ismaïla Sarr might just be joining from Crystal Palace too.
Closely behind new signings, on the excitement scale, is new kits. All three of Liverpool's for this season have now been released, and Kopites have a very good trio to enjoy.

Having an Anfield European nights third kit seems a peculiar choice, considering they're never going to actually wear the shirt at Anfield, but there's no need to be a cynic. Based on social media interaction, fans are loving this new kit release.
Liverpool fans' reactions' to the third kit
- @lucky_voller: Absolute beauty! Adidas delivered a masterclass with this third kit design... the dark tones and patterns look insanely clean.
- @real_Reality0: I love the kit too, it looks beautiful!
- @DaniEtinor: Banger … Adidas finally cooked for us.
This completes an excellent trio of Liverpool kits this season.
Liverpool 2026/27 home kit

Liverpool 2026/27 away kit

The design of the home kit is based on the late-80s to early-90s shirt, while the white away jersey features a retro badge, everyone is a sucker for one of those, and is just a generally very clean white design. Pretty much 10/10 all round from us!
So, when might we see the new third strip in action for the first time? Iraola's team will wear either red or white against Ipswich at Portman Road next Friday night, before donning the white kit at Bournemouth in their subsequent away game.
Thus, the back shirt will either debut against Brentford at the Gtech on 17 October, or in a Champions League match, if the Reds have an away match before then.
