3. Celtic

Former Manchester City keeper Joe Hart spent the last season's of his professional career with Celtic but he has now retired from the game of football. The Scottish giants will of course now be in the frame to sign a new keeper this summer.

Like Brentford, Celtic have been strongly linked to Kelleher in the past. The supposed £25m transfer tag placed by Liverpool will be a massive roadblock for Celtic. That transfer fee would smash Celtic's current record, held by the signing of Jota from Benfica. However, if they were to sell Matt O'Riley this summer, funds would likely not be a problem, but even then, they'd have to haggle the Reds' price down.
