As we prepare for another weekend, we have some good news to report for the most part today so that is always a boost for us all!

A world class player is staying while another potential world class talent is expected to be rewarded for his rapid growth shown this season.

Let's jump right into it.

Liverpool and Alisson Becker will NOT be parting ways

It has been reported that the club and Alisson both expect to stay together and there is no desire from either party to make a drastic shakeup.

There was some thought that with Jurgen Klopp leaving, this might be the time that Alisson also makes a move, but that won't be the case, despite reported Saudi Pro League interest.

Becker missed significant time last season with a hamstring injury but he was able to return into the fold and looks to reestablish himself as the best keeper in the world.

This is a win-win for both the player and club and it all but confirms Caoimhin Kelleher will depart this summer.

Conor Bradley being lined up for a new contract at Anfield

Bradley was one of several young stars to explode onto the scene this past campaign for Liverpool and he is set to be rewarded for his exploits.

He filled in almost seamlessly for Trent Alexander-Arnold as he took his chance and ran with it before suffering an injury of his own. While the superstars still need new deals worked out, it appears the club wants to tie down the bright Northern Irishman for the long-term.

This would be great news to the incoming Arne Slot as he can begin planning for a pair of useful weapons from the right-side of the defense.

Bradley looks set to be a Red for a very long time.

Joe Gomez and Luis Diaz surprise transfer targets for the Saudi Pro League

Diaz might not be as much of a shock as he has been linked with a move away for some time now. However, this is the first mention of something outside of PSG or Barcelona.

The only perk of this for Lucho's case would be the club could probably get an even bigger fee than they would have expected too.

As for Gomez, this is a surprise report as he is coming off his best season as as Liverpool player. It's being noted the SPL wants to begin targeting younger players so as to change the image of their league overall.

It would be hard for Liverpool to turn down a lucrative offer for Gomez, despite his inudstrious efforts in his career. However, I do not expect any deal to be forthcoming for him and this will all fade away.
