We are finally on the brink of seeing Liverpool take the field once again as we have gotten through yet another international break. The Reds will be hosting Roberto De Zerbi's Brighton side on Sunday.

Brighton have proven to be a challenging opponent for Liverpool in recent years, so it will not be a given that the three points go to Liverpool. However, that being said, there are a number of players on the mend that could participate on Sunday.

While Andy Robertson picked up a knock while playing for Scotland, he appears to be the only player that suffered a setback while away from the club. Let's jump into the predicted lineup.

Goalkeeper: Caoimhin Kelleher

Defenders: Conor Bradley, Ibrahima Konate, Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez

Midfielders: Alexis Mac Allister, Wataru Endo, Dominik Szoboszlai

Forwards: Mohamed Salah, Darwin Nunez, Luis Diaz

Probable Subs: Curtis Jones, Harvey Elliott, Cody Gakpo, Kostas Tsimikas, Jarell Quansah

I think Jurgen Klopp needs to go with the most in-form lineup he can muster right out of the gates in this one. The Reds should be looking to jump all over Brighton right from the opening kickoff.

Darwin has had a fortnight to rest up and recover so he should be able to push himself in this one. Diaz is coming off a couple of fine showings for Colombia where he was the focal point of their attack. Hopefully he can bring some of those creative juices to Anfield with him.

In the midfield, it is probably too soon to have Curtis Jones start, but I could see him making a return midway through the second half.

Endo and Mac Allister have been in sterling form in recent weeks so ideally the international break did not break that mojo. Szoboszlai is coming off of scoring for his country and he should have a chip on his shoulder to kick on the rest of this season.

Liverpool should be considered the favorites in this one and this lineup should be able to get the job done.
