Kaide Gordon began his pro career at another club than Liverpool, with Derby County. Gordon made a single senior appearance for the Rams before his switch to Liverpool in 2021. The 19-year-old winger made his senior debut with Liverpool back in 2021 in an EFL Cup match against Norwich. He also has a senior goal with Liverpool, finding the scoresheet in the Reds' FA Cup win over Shrewsbury Town in 2022.

Like the others mentioned, Gordon was a regular trainee with the senior squad but featured very little this past season. Given he turns 20 in October, Gordon will almost certainly be in the frame for his first loan move. He has little left to learn at the U21 level and would be wise to secure regular first-team minutes this upcoming season.

Perhaps a loan move back to his former club, Derby, could be on the table, as the East Midlands club secured promotion back to the Championship.
