Liverpool have debuts to a lot of academy players at a young age but who are the five youngest players ever to play for the club?

3. Trey Nyoni - 16 years, 7 months and 29 days
One of the most recent young debutants, Nyoni, came off the bench against Southampton in the FA Cup. With the Reds succumbing to many injuries at the start of 2024, they had a very young bench for their match against the Saints. Nyoni came on for Harvey Elliott in stoppage time in the win.
Nyoni looks to have an extremely bright future, although he is still multiple seasons away from making a complete step up to the senior team. The attacking midfielder joined the Reds' academy last summer from Wolves.
