The Fab Four
Any doubts of Liverpool’s goal-scoring capability since the Philippe Coutinho/Barcelona saga has been completely washed away. The front four – or the Fab Four as fans and pundits have dubbed them – are an unstoppable force.
Since the quartet have been playing together, they have drummed up 46 goals and 23 assists between them. Absolute dream statistics. All four players also featured on the score sheet against Spartak Moscow last night including a Coutinho hat trick and a brace from Sadio Mané.
The individual stats now sit at: 18 goals & 6 assists – Mohamed Salah, 12 goals & 6 assists – Roberto Firmino, 9 goals & 6 assists – Philippe Coutinho and 7 goals & 5 assists – Sadio Mané. True talent and brotherhood!
Whoever thinks these boys aren’t the best attacking power in football right now, really need a swift reality check.

Champions League glory
With a leaky defence in a bucketful of goals, fans were anxious about Liverpool’s first Champions League season in three years. Wobbly spells from nearly all of the team’s defenders has had social media in fits of nerves and rage.
But the worst of the storm seems to have passed. Since the Wembley shambles against Tottenham in October, Liverpool have won seven of their last nine games across all competitions. Each victory has been by an impressive margin with only two goals conceded in those seven matches.
Klopp’s experimental tactics seem to be doing wonders for the team. His alterations in midfield have allowed Liverpool to discover the formula that works best for them in all areas. The defenders and both goalkeepers have also been solid. Other than the frustrating 3-3 draw against Sevilla, fans can’t fault the Reds’ defence at the moment.
Next: This is the back four we want against Everton
Could Klopp have finally clinched the winning strategy? He definitely seems to be onto something dangerous with Liverpool’s current form. The way the team are performing at the moment, there’s no doubt the Reds could go toe to toe with the European big boys and come out on top.
