No.2: New Manager Bounce

Alan Pardew got the sack a couple of weeks ago. West Brom appointed caretaker manager Darren Moore to handle the team while they search for a new boss. As is often the case with a new manager taking the reigns, the Baggies have responded well.

They picked up a point against Swansea two weeks ago in a game they were unlucky not to win. A late Tammy Abraham goal denying them three precious points. There was lots more fight and effort from the side than at any point under Pardew.

Then last week West Brom turned in the shock result of the weekend as they beat Manchester United at Old Trafford to hand the Premier League title to Manchester City. They’ve taken more points from Man Utd than Liverpool did this year!

The players have good memories of playing Liverpool this year and have two decent results on their back. The manager will have them ready and willing to make it two big upsets in a row.
