Liverpool comedian Darren Farley rips into Harry Kane with his impersonation of the England striker who failed to beat Mohamed Salah to the Golden Boot.
If you like making jokes then the comic figure of Harry Kane is the gift that keeps giving. The England striker has been roasted over the last few months after his spurious claim to Christian Eriksen’s goal for Tottenham Hotspur against Stoke.
Th striker was awarded the goal by the Premier League to aid his attempt at winning the golden boot. Despite there being no clear evidence to change the original call he got the decision. He made a fool of himself by releasing a video swearing on his daughter’s life that he touched the ball. Alright mate.
Everyone piled on to mock the chinny forward, including media outlets and even the official Football Association FA Cup Twitter account. Apparently this hurt the striker’s feelings and much of the media came in defense of the greedy England star.
To the delight of Scousers everywhere Mohamed Salah could not be caught in the golden boot race. His record-breaking 32 Premier League goals was enough to win the award.
Now comedian Darren Farley has jumped on-board with a pitch perfect impression of Harry Kane continuing the season of sticking the (golden) boot into the forward:
Farley has risen to fame for his football impressions particularly those associated with Liverpool Football Club. He is regularly aping Jamie Carragher and Steven Gerrard but also does a mean Brendan Rodgers and Roy Hodgson as well.

Salah and Kane will both be hoping to grab a World Cup golden boot to add to their collections this summer. Salah will be heading to Russia with Egypt in the form of his life. England fans will be hoping that Kane can put aside his selfish nature as the Three Lions hope to progress in the tournament.
