Rumors are re-emerging of Liverpool making a transfer move for Christian Pulisic after Borussia Dortmund complete a crucial deal.
This rumor is turning into one of the longest running in transfer sagas in recent memory. Once again Christian Pulisic has been linked to a move to Liverpool after his club, Borussia Dortmund, sign winger Jadon Sancho to a long-term deal.
The new deal for the English winger has no release fee clause meaning that it is a genuine attempt to keep him at the club rather than pre-empt a mega money deal. The inevitable speculation is that Dortmund would then be willing to sell Pulisic instead.

They can cash in on a reported £70-90 million for the USA star. Sancho has shone playing on the left of midfield, racking up a mind-blowing nine assists for BVB already this season. They could shift Pulisic into the middle in a number 10 role but a move away for the American is looking more likely.
He has the perfect combination of talent, potential and big name recognition in the American market to make him a prize asset for any club willing to stump up the huge transfer fee.
Jurgen Klopp has long been an admirer and had a bid rejected in 2016 for the then 18-year-old phenom. Every transfer window since has drawn huge speculation that the Reds will move for him with the quoted fee rising every time.
He is a prime candidate for Klopp to develop into a world beater but also will inspire excitement in John W. Henry and FSG. Pulisic is the biggest talent the USA national team has ever had. There could be hundreds of thousands of new Liverpool fans in a lucrative market if he make the move to Anfield.
Many are crying out for the club to sign a new attacker after Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino have been slow to start the season.
