Liverpool’s clinicality upfront

In a match of such magnitude, one should always try to make the most of their scoring chances. Both sides were in the mood to take as much shots on goal as possible. Manchester City tried hard to find the net and should’ve had at least two or three goals today. However, they were far from  clinical in front of goal.

The same cannot be said for Liverpool as they cashed in on their opportunities pretty well. Be it Fabinho’s screamer or the headers from Salah or Mane, the Reds were much clinical in front of goal than their opponents today. Manchester City did manage to find the net once but it turned out to be a mere consolation.
